Hi everyone!

My name is Karolina Magdziarz and currently I'm an exchange student studying at Aalborg University, Denmark. First, let me tell you about life in Aalborg. It's a lively city which never sleeps. My flatmate Gosia and I have met many international students here. During the many parties we have attended we have had many opportunities to speak in English about a variety of topics. We have found this adventure a really interesting and enriching experience.

I would encourage any of you to take a chance and study or travel abroad. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Now, I would like to add some detailed information regarding my life in general. In Poland, I live in the small town called Szczyrk with my mother, older sister and marvelous mongrel called Boczek. In the future, I would like to find a job which will enable me to travel. I like meeting new people and discovering different cultures. On the other hand, I really miss my family and friends and Szczyrk will always be my true home.

In my spare time I like reading books. One of my favourite authors is Michaił Bułhakow. I also enjoy watching films, especially horror movies and comedies. My favourite comedic performer is Jeff Dunham, a talented ventriliquist.
